We are almost ready to start. This occupational safety course consists of a live webinar and an exam. To make things easier for you, we collect your details now so I can register you for the exam on your behalf.

How to submit your information:

1. Capture your ID: Hold your ID in front of the camera so it fills the frame and take a photo. Once captured, use your mouse or finger to paint over (redact) sensitive information. I only need to see your name and photo. Save the image once you are finished.

2. Fill in your details: Enter the required information into the fields. I will handle the registration “heavy lifting,” though you may still need to confirm some details during the exam itself.

3. Enter your password: Use the course password to activate the “Send” button. This is the same password found in your “heads-up” email and used to log in to the virtual classroom.

4. Submit: Click the “Send” button. You will receive a confirmation pop-up once successful.

The web site is not saving on server any of your information. Data is moved to my Google Sheets. Personal information will be saved for 3 months and the ID picture has self destruction token of 24 hours.
